Looking for a super easy chicken dish? You have come to the right place! This onion pepper chicken is a simple yet interesting recipe that calls for 7 ingredients and all the ingredients are probably there in your kitchen pantry. A delicious, extremely easy chicken dish that can be made within 30 minutes without putting in much effort.
It makes a good side dish with rice or roti. Also it could be served as an appetizer.
This onion pepper chicken recipe is one of my go-to chicken dishes. It is perfect for those lazy days, when you don't feel like cooking much but still craving a chicken dish.
No long lists of ingredients, no elaborate cooking, this chicken preparation is so easy even a novice can make it. It is a dry preparation. No water has been added to this. The special flavor of the dish is from the amalgamation of onion, green chili, freshly crushed black pepper, and chicken. Chicken bone-in tastes best. However, chicken boneless could also be used. The chilies used in this are non-spicy. Go for spicy ones if you prefer.
Preparations Step By Step
- Combine chicken and vinegar in a bowl and allow to rest for at least 20 minutes.
