Chicken Onion Garlic Ginger Chili Bell pepper Ground black pepper Salt Rice vinegar Soy sauce Brown sugar Cornstarch Oil Toasted sesame oil
1. Combine the sauce ingredients and make the sauce. Marinate the chicken and rest it aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown from all sides. 3. Heat oil and stir fry ginger, garlic for 30 sec. Add onion and bell pepper and stir fry until crisp. 4. Add sauce and chicken and toss for 30 seconds until chicken is warmed through.
Switch off the flame and add freshly ground black pepper. Stir to combine and serve hot.
Prepare your ingredients in advance. Use freshly ground peppercorns. Don't skip the quick marinating process. Use the marinating time to do other prep work.
