INGREDIENTS ( 1 CUP = 240 ML )

peeled, sliced, and frozen

coconut milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Add frozen banana slices, coconut milk, dates, and ground cinnamon to a blender.
Blend them until smooth and creamy.
