INGREDIENTS ( 1 CUP = 240 ML )
3amla/Indian gooseberry, washed and deseeded, and chopped or ¼ cup
1inchginger, peeled and chopped or 1 tsp
3tbsphoney or to taste
½cupfiltered water
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the chopped amlas, along with ginger, honey, and a little water until smooth.
Then add the remaining water and blend once again.
Strain the juice using a fine sieve strainer and pour it into two individual glasses.
