Sliced Egg Sandwich Recipe | Boiled Egg Sandwich
A delicious protein-packed boiled egg sandwich that can be made in just 10 minutes, if boiled eggs are already in hand.
Boiled Egg Sandwich, Sliced egg sandwich recipe
INGREDIENTS ( 1 CUP = 240 ML )
boiled and peeled eggs
(boiled for 8 minutes)
mayonnaise or cheese spread
I have used mayonnaise
freshly ground pepper or as required
or 1/8 tsp salt
butter or as required
Firstly, take two bread slices and spread the mayonnaise or cheese spread on one side of each bread slice.
Cut the egg into slices and spread it.
On top of that add a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper, chopped onion, and chopped coriander.
Cover with another bread slice.
Spread softened butter on the outside of the bread.
Now heat up a griddle or grill pan and place the sandwich and spread butter on the other side.
Cook both sides for 2-3 minutes over a low flame or until crisp and golden.
Cut the sandwich into two diagonally or as you like.
Simple boiled egg sandwich is ready to serve. Serve hot.
