Made with the goodness of fresh mango, this mango oats breakfast smoothie is thick, creamy, light. and keep you full for longer. Also, it is vegan and contains no added sugar.
Dry roast the oats on a pan for 1-2 minutes and once cooled down transfer to a blending jar along with chopped mangoes, banana, and vanilla essence. Then blend until smooth.
Check for consistency, add more water if required.
Serve cold sprinkling some basil seeds if adding and enjoy!
