This 3-ingredient amla juice is made using fresh amla as the prime ingredient, followed by fresh ginger, honey, and water.

Preparations Step by Step
- Blend the chopped amlas, along with ginger, honey, and a little water until smooth.
- Then add the remaining water and blend once again.
- Strain the juice using a fine sieve strainer and pour it into two individual glasses.

- 1 inch ginger, peeled and chopped or 1 tsp
- 3 tablespoon honey or to taste
- ½ cup filtered water
