Grilled Boiled Egg Sandwich
Delicious Sliced Egg Sandwich

The beauty of this egg sandwich lies in its simplicity. Which means this egg sandwich is so simple, no one can go wrong with this ever.

It’s a perfect breakfast sandwich for those busy mornings when you don’t have much time to cook. Kids will love this. You can even serve it as an after school snack.

This boiled egg sandwich goes well along with some tomato ketchup and green chili sauce. Sometimes I also pair this with a hot cup of masala chai or juice.

To make this sliced egg sandwich recipe I have used a grill pan. However, any griddle or tawa can do the job.
