Made with the goodness of fresh mango, this easy mango oats breakfast smoothie makes a nutritious breakfast for every age group. It is thick, creamy, light yet packed with delicious flavor. Also, it is vegan and artificial sugar-free.

Adding the daily requirement of fruits and vegetables into the diet can be challenging for some people. Smoothie makes it so easy to pack all the nutrition into a glass.
Mangoes are still in season and I love having smoothies with seasonal fruits.
This mango oats breakfast smoothie is made with fresh mangoes, banana, roasted oats, cashew nut, water, and vanilla essence. The added oats will keep you full for longer. Hence it is a perfect smoothie for breakfast. You can even serve this as a snack.
I love adding bananas to this. Banana enhances the sweetness and reduces the tart flavor of mango. Just ensure not to add too much banana. As it may overpower the taste. The addition of roasted oats lends a nutty taste to the smoothie. What I usually do is dry roast oats for a few minutes and once cooled down store in an airtight jar. Then use as needed. Feel free to use raw oats if you like. To enhance the taste, water could be replaced with a choice of milk. No additional sugar is added to this. The sweet taste is from the fruits and nuts used. If you wish you could use honey or any healthy sugar substitute.
Preparations Step by Step
- Gather all the ingredients in a blending jar and blend until smooth.
- Check for consistency, add more water if required.
- Serve cold. Enjoy!
